Building a tool to get email notifications on X consecutive extreme fear days of the BTC Fear & Greed Index

So I’m sure most of you are familiar with the [Crypto Fear & Greed Index](https://ift.tt/2EXH3av) by now. u/Asheddit posted a [great comprehensive analysis](https://ift.tt/1sZr1AxCryptoCurrency/comments/pt98rx/weekly_vs_monthly_vs_extreme_fear_dca_comparisons/) demonstrating how the Fear & Greed Index can be utilized to systematically invest in BTC for higher returns. Inspired by that post, I have a web app idea that I want to get feedback on before implementing.
The idea is to basically have a web app that sends out email notifications when we get X consecutive days of Extreme Fear. Each person can individually pick after how many days of consecutive Extreme Fear they’d like to get a “BUY THE DIP NOW” notification.
I’m curious if more people, besides myself, would like to have something like that. If enough people do, I think it would be a good weekend project to code and put out there.
