it’s not unbelievable. this stupidity is the absolute norm. the govt schooling system purposefully hobbles people’s intellect. logic, philosophy and even economics or basic finance are really barely mentioned, usually elective if at all. and even the history, for example, that they *do* teach is so full of lies and omissions that it’s literally just propaganda chosen for political purposes (largely now to continue a race war and gender-pronoun war to distract from their continued power grabs in the name of saving us from the race war, drug war, war against free speech, war against free trade, war against free movement…).
it’s all so very intentional and designed explicitly to promote conformity, keep bad people in power, and marginalize if not completely destroy dissident voices. so few people are brave enough to sit out this game which always seemed to me like a disney version of life, where you buy the ticket and either have a good time or at least pretend so you can take some nice photos to prove you lived a life they call happy. and just like the real disney, there’s a dark underbelly which anyone with the slightest bit a bravery can plainly see. but that safe feeling of childhood is tempting, and it only costs your soul and the soul of your less brave children.
in fact they’ve got such a tight grip on human development itself that in order to even make the decision to have a child today, you have to buy that ticket to disney and either pretend for the kids that everything is great, or suit them up for war. i don’t see a lot of kids ready for that proverbial and becoming-more-often-literal war, or like in this case, a world with scammers everywhere. but i digress.
