“The Dropout” star Amanda Seyfried is ready to drop her Greenwich Village condo. The enchanting Manhattan apartment has come on the market for $3.25 million, according to Dirt.
Seyfried paid $1.9 million for the residence in 2010. She and her husband, Thomas Sadoski, have since moved to a larger place on the Upper West Side.
Located in a 1920s building, the two-bedroom, two-bath unit offers 1,585 square feet of living space.
The entry foyer comes with a coat closet, and the living room features a beamed ceiling, decorative fireplace, and built-in bookcases.
The living area is large enough to convert part of the space into a home office or library, the listing notes.
The dining area and designer kitchen comes with a center island with bar seating and additional storage space.
The primary suite includes a walk-in closet, built-ins around the window, and a bath with a glassed shower and a heated floor.
Resident amenities in the pet-friendly building include 24/7door service, gym, and rooftop terrace. Extra storage comes with Seyfried’s unit.
Union Square, Washington Square Park, New York University, restaurants, shops, and music venues are all nearby.
Rustic retreat
Seyfried also has a farmhouse in the Catskills. Updated and modernized, the rustic retreat was featured in Elle Decor and Vogue Australia. The actress has also maintained a Hollywood home that she picked up in 2011 for $1.85 million.
The Allentown, PA, native is best known for her roles in “Mean Girls” and the “Mamma Mia!” movies. Her portrayal of Marion Davies in the movie “Mank” earned her an Oscar nomination.
The 36-year-old most recently starred in “The Dropout,” the Hulu series about disgraced biotech founder Elizabeth Holmes.
