Has there been an analysis on the cost/benefit of moving to a Taproot address from a SegWit address?

Specifically, in terms of cost of sending from said address? As currently I have most of my BTC in my Trezor (SegWit) and was curious on the cost/benefit of generating a Taproot address and migrating.
Specifically, as from what I read Taproot is in general slightly bigger for regular transactions, but better at complex MultiSig transactions [[1](https://ift.tt/RTLCSUV] (which shouldn’t apply for a regular holder), correct?
