93.71% done syncing Bitcoin Core and now things are slowed to a halt and am not sure why?

Hi,
I’m downloading Bitcoin core to my desktop over the last couple of days, and it has been going smoothly, but all of a sudden things have grinded down to a halt.

It’s stuck on “Processing blocks on disk”
When I go to the “information” panel, I see this:

The current block height goes up by 1 every 3 or 4 minutes or so, which will take forever if it doesn’t pick up, (and it hasn’t for about a day now)
What’s the problem here? How do I diagnose?
