Nexo sent me BTC with about $0.18 in tx fees, will it ever arrive?

I was storing some BTC in nexo and wanted it back, so I withdrew.

Looks like on [blockstream.info](https://ift.tt/2JIRH8l), it says they paid only 0.00000397 BTC in fees, which looks to be about 18 cents…lol

It says it will process in “in 144 blocks (1.20 vMB from tip)” which I’m guessing is in about 24 hours. Is there a situation in which this won’t process or will keep get pushed back, or returned to Nexo?
