Hello,
I created an account with [exchange.blockchain.com](https://exchange.blockchain.com) and deposited a medium USD amount to trade, my verification declined without a known reason and no option to resubmit. I’m not able to withdraw my funds at all. support is not replying to me for more than a month, only live chat is kept saying we will get back to you soon every time I ask. I need my funds urgently.

Please advise me, How to force them to return my funds? Any government online portal to apply for complain about this company?
