After multiple price cuts, the celebrity couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have finally sold their Beverly Hills mansion, the Wall Street Journal reported.

It changed hands for $10.35 million—a price that represents a sizable 26% discount from the home’s initial list price of $14 million in May 2020.

The price was quickly dropped to $13 million that spring, with no buyers materializing.

By October 2020, the listing had been further reduced to $12.25 million. The home stayed on the market at that amount until November 2021, when it dropped down, for the last time, to $11.3 million.

That seems to have been in the right neighborhood for a buyer, who snagged the spacious place at the even lower amount. The transaction was finalized on Jan. 14.

The couple basically broke even on the sale—they bought the property back in 2014 for $10,215,000.

Built in 1999, the East Coast traditional can be found in the guard-gated community of Hidden Valley. The classic space features five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, spread across 7,351 square feet.

Notable details include oak flooring, hand-crafted moldings, and French doors that open to the expansive backyard.

The cook’s kitchen features a breakfast nook, and the main level also includes a dining room, wet bar, office, and formal living room. The lower level boasts a wine room, gym, and guest suite.

Outdoors, the half-acre lot includes a pool, spacious covered space, and grassy lawn.

The co-stars of “That 70s Show” haven’t gone far, and have commissioned a custom home nearby from the ground up. The finished result was featured in Architectural Digest.

The modern farmhouse-style spread sometimes serves as the backdrop for social media posts published by Kunis, the star of “Bad Moms.”

Kutcher, known for comedies such as the movie “Dude, Where’s My Car?” and the sitcom “Two and a Half Men,” is also an investor in tech startups such as Airbnb and Skype.

After “That ’70s Show,” Kunis made the jump to movies, including “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and “Black Swan.” She also voices the character of Meg Griffin on the animated series “Family Guy.”

As for the home that was just sold, Justin Paul Huchel with Hilton & Hyland represented the sellers in the deal. Christopher Huddleston with The Sher Group represented the buyer.
