WildEarth has launched a comprehensive NFT mint to benefit endangered animals and wildlife rescue organizations worldwide. The Wildlife Conservation collection is dedicated to a worthwhile goal: protecting wildlife from extinction. Large portions of the proceeds from the coin’s sale will go to organizations that protect animal habitats.
Eleven leopards, nine lions and five hyenae are among the 25 animals in the Wildlife Conservation collection. Djuma Game Reserve is where they’re all presently spending their time. Every animal collection’s NFTs provide the animal’s name, Animal Registry ID, and a photograph of the animal. In addition, they’ll have a special NFT serial number on them.
Polygon Selected for Environmentally Friendly Ownership
There will be a $200 or 120 MATIC price tag for the Genesis WildEarth NFTs. Polygon has been selected by the team, which is significant. Environmentally-friendly ownership of NFTs is now possible for supporters. According to the company’s website, it is estimated that Polygon uses just 0.0003 kWh for each transaction.
Natural animal habitats will be the primary focus of this collection of NFTs. The WildEarth Animal Registry will also be expanded around the world in the future. The initiative’s goal is to provide a long-term source of revenue for wildlife caretakers.
Officially, 40% of all initial coin earnings is going to wildlife habitat caretakers, as stated on their official website. This indicates that each NFT will bring in $80 for $200. These creatures’ native habitats are vital, and a percentage of the sales is dedicated to this cause. In addition, a royalty mechanism has been included in the NFT code by WildEarth, which will pay custodians 8% of all secondary sales.
