NatWest Group has today announced the appointment of Raghu Narula as Managing Director, Customer Engagement & Distribution, within its Retail Banking division.
Narula brings a wealth of leadership experience from a career spanning over 20 years at HSBC in Retail, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking and Strategy and has a strong track record in leading businesses, improving customer service and driving colleague engagement.
In his role as MD for Customer Engagement & Distribution, Narula will be responsible for the Bank’s service through digital (video, webchat and secure messaging), telephony and branch.

Narula has held senior roles in six markets across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the UK and currently looks after HSBC’s Retail and Wealth businesses in India. Prior to this, he held a series of roles based out of the UK as their Global Head of International and Customer Propositions and as the Head of Distribution for HSBC UK. Narula is also a passionate advocate of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. He will join the Group in June 2022.
