The Los Angeles condo belonging to legendary actor George Segal has come on the market for $2.15 million.

The two-time Golden Globe winner died in 2021 at the age of 87. Segal most recently starred as Albert “Pops” Solomon on the long-running ABC comedy series “The Goldbergs.”

Segal purchased the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxury residence in 1998 for $900,000.

With over 2,000 square feet of living space, the upscale abode features walls of glass and private balconies. It offers views that span from the Bel-Air Hills to the Griffith Observatory.

The “New York-style penthouse” features a formal entry, high ceilings, and hardwood floors, according to the listing.

A well-appointed, galley-style kitchen opens to a breakfast nook. A spacious living room flows into a formal dining room, both offering plenty of space for entertaining.

The main bedroom opens to a balcony, and the en suite bath comes with a sunken tub and separate shower.

The condo is located in the Wilshire House tower, which offers perks such as 24/7 full-service staff, a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, and parking spaces.

When he was not working on a soundstage in L.A., Segal and his third wife, Sonia Schultz Greenbaum—who happened to be his high school sweetheart—would reportedly escape to their Sonoma County retreat in Northern California.

Although Segal was known for his comedic roles on TV, including shows such as “Just Shoot Me,” the Oscar-nominated actor also gained fame for his movie roles. He starred in “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf,” “The Owl and the Pussycat,” and “California Split.” An accomplished banjo player, Segal also put out three albums.

Nick Segal with Avenue 8 holds the listing.
