Just double-checking: I am just about to punch metal with my seed. I am plan to use the work position on the english list + the initial 4 letters. Is this a good idea?

So,
instead of punching: “BORROW”, my plan to punch
0209BORRO
Since BORROW is on position 209 (where it starts from 1). That could lead to a confusion… or not?
And BORRO is enough, since the four initial letters are enough for bip39.
Goal: If something damages my metal, I have more chances to recognize 0209 and BORRO, comparing to the chance that I will have with BORROW only.
What do you think?

I will stamp on 24mm washers.
another idea was to stamp the word in one side, and the order number on the another side.
But a friend of mine said to avoid stamping both sides, because this weak the metal or something.
Thoughts?
