Keke Palmer, the former Nickelodeon star, has purchased a place in Studio City, the website Dirt reported.
The actress and singer’s new home previously belonged to her co-star on “True Jackson, VP,” Jennette McCurdy.
Built in 1987, the home sold for $1.38 million. McCurdy, who also starred in the show “iCarly,” lived in the Mediterranean charmer from 2013 through 2016, when she sold the pad for $995,000, and in May, Palmer picked it up.

Set at the end of a cul-de-sac for privacy and serenity, the updated space contains four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With 2,600 square feet of living space, its details include hardwood flooring, open entertainment areas, and multiple decks.
Inside, stylish interiors include a living room with a fireplace, and enough space to accommodate a grand piano.
The floor plan flows to a formal dining room with an eye-catching light fixture.
In addition, a spacious kitchen includes white cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and room for a breakfast table. Just adjacent, a sitting room leads out to a deck through French doors.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, including the primary suite, which features views, high ceilings, and a wall closet that hides a TV. The attached bathroom comes with a built-in tub and glassed shower.
A room currently in use as an office, with deck access, can be converted into a fourth bedroom.
The home is set on a compact lot, and the patio boasts a covered hot tub and built-in barbecue, with room for a dining area. The outdoor space is accessed by multiple sets of French doors. An attached two-car garage completes the property.
Brooklyn buy
The singer and TV host has been busy on the real estate front. In 2020, she purchased a penthouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for $2.35 million, according to the New York Post.
Palmer, 28, got her start as a child star in the movie “Barbershop 2: Back in Business” and has already clocked quite a career.
An Emmy winner, she has also starred in the movie “Hustlers.” The Nickelodeon alum has appeared in TV shows such as “Scream Queens,” and the series “Scream.” The media personality also co-hosted the talk show “Strahan, Sara and Keke,” with Sara Haines and Michael Strahan.
