A home designed by Alison Victoria on Season 1 of HGTV’s “Rock the Block” is now on the market for $1,350,000.

Located in Canyon Country, CA, the home last sold for $936,000 in 2020.

Victoria, the star of “Windy City Rehab,” competed against fellow HGTV stars Jasmine RothLeanne Ford, and Mina Starsiak Hawk in the show’s initial season. She and her friendly foes battled to increase the value of identical homes in a brand-new neighborhood in this suburb north of Los Angeles.

Although Victoria didn’t win the season, she did consistently impress the judges. Roth won the season, and her design in the same community recently sold for $1,355,000.

Judges were most enamored with the kitchen Victoria created. She added white floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a striking black refrigerator with brass handles, a small drink refrigerator, and a built-in coffee maker. She also installed a quartz backsplash and countertops, in addition to an impressive copper range hood. But the true highlight might have been a large island featuring a quartz waterfall countertop and metallic trim.

Every room in this four-bedroom, 2.5-bath, 2,547-square-foot home received a camera-worthy touch.

Victoria spent a bunch of time and effort on the large great room. Although the current owners have moved away from Victoria’s original design and furnishings, the room still boasts designer features. Highlights in this gathering space include wood beams, recessed lighting, wood floors, a brass fireplace surround, and attractive built-in storage.

Victoria also went all-out in the backyard. She added an indoor-outdoor California room, ideal for entertaining. She also oversaw the installation of a pool with a spa, Baja shelf, and three waterfalls. In addition to a fire pit, there’s an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a quartzite countertop.
