Hi.I recived a few months ago some bitcoin.I don’t know from who,I don’t know why.

I am a teenager,living under my parent’s roof in a village in Romania.I haven’t told them,I just cashed them out.

Can someone explain to me like I am 5 why did I receive them?Why are there so many outputs and inputs?
