So reached my destination (12 hours night train later) and spoke to Adam (pouring my beer) seeking an update for us plebs. (see below)
I am told by Adam ( 20th Jan 2022 ) **they will be able to accept BTC / Lightning from next month (Feb 2022) as tax regs. will have been cleared up**. Meanwhile they have a BTC ATM and are doing what they do.
