How do you calculate BTC mined using TH and Hashrate? What’s the forumla?

For sake of easy math, how do you calculate your weekly, monthly and year BTC mined with 100TH/s?
I know there is calculators online but I am making my own spreedsheet so i can adjust my TH and see what my expected BTC would be mined.
