got a suspicious email from binance today. should i lock the account?

i have not logged in recent or send them any support questions in long time. apparently you can send a support question and just type any email, so somebody may have typed the wrong email or somebody trying to hack my account?

I loged in after and no new IP have logged into my account yet. same for email. Should i lock my binance account?
