If you agree that address reuse is bad for privacy, can compile bitcoin core from source and test RPC, please review a related pull request https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/pull/22693 which adds `use_txids` in results of `getaddressinfo`
It should be easier to review code and test this PR. Feel free to comment if you need help with anything.
There is nothing controversial in the PR and a dependent PR had multiple concept ACKs earlier in gui repository.
