Well, I would submit that what Trump says, does have some relevance. After all, he’s a former pres, and a possible future pres. So…we do have to deal with him. To say “who cares?” like many of the commenters are saying, it’s just a bit too dismissive.
It really shows, in an unequivocal way, that Trump was really no outsider at any point, and is and always has been a part of the Federal Reserve System, all along. I would argue that that was evident even before these comments, simply from his presidency, which consisted of no actual wall, yuuuge deficits every year, stimulus bills that were in his own words “so big they’ll make your head spin”, the CARES Act, and it was his CDC which decreed the unconstitutional eviction moratorium. So, if you’ve been paying any attention, you’d already know that the guy cares not a wit about true freedom or liberty.
But…these comments confirm it. And they’re hilarious to boot.
