Are these wallets reusing addresses? Every time I receive a new transaction, I always create a new address. But it looks like these whales are reusing addresses, otherwise this website wouldn’t be able to track their total balance, right?

If so, why would these whales risk comprising such a large amount of funds to future potential quantum threats by reusing addresses?
