How much bitcoin does the Ukraine Govt have? 400? 40,000? Has most of it already been spent?

some sources saying Ukraine has received as much as 46,000 bitcoins in donations, but presumably most of this is not held by the Ukraine authorities.

Do they have a digital asset strategy or do they just convert to fiat right away and spend?
