Welcome to Day 4 of the MonkeyLeague BootCamp Recap Week! Today we will highlight the In-Game Store, or MonkeyStore!

In-Game Store & Items Overview:

The MonkeyStore is a critical component of MonkeyLeague and will be your one-stop-shop for everything you need to play matches, score goals, League-up, and improve your NFT’s XP. The only currency used in the store will be MonkeyBucks $MBS.

What to Buy in the MonkeyStore:

• Breeding Capsules
• Nutritional Items
• Med Care Items
• Energy for Matchplay

MonkeyStore in Phases:

• Phase 1: Pioneer Gear Up Free Claim
• Phase 2: Breeding Capsule Sale
• Phase 3: Energy, Nutrition, and Med Care items

Remember, you can’t just play your Monkeys endlessly without them tiring out or getting injured. Aside from the traits and game attributes that each Monkey comes with, they also have Stamina and Health Point=(HP) levels in the game. With each match played, their Stamina decreases by a certain amount, and a declining Stamina impacts their ability to successfully perform moves, similarly as in real life. So, no matter how stacked your Monkey’s Passing stat is, if you don’t restore your Monkeys Stamina, eventually after several matches you will need to sit them out. Also, the more matchplay your Monkeys have, the more it opens them up to reduced Health Points from injury or other. Sitting your Monkeys out of matchplay and allowing them to rest will also restore their Stamina over time.

As discussed previously, playing matches will cost Energy. Aside from the free daily gifts of Energy you’ll receive, you’ll need to purchase Energy to play more matches. The more matches and missions you complete, the more Leagues you climb, the more $MBS rewards you’ll receive.

Aside from Energy for match play, the MonkeyStore will be your ticket to buy consumable in-game items such as Nutrition and Med Care to restore their Stamina and Health. There are currently six different Nutritional items and six Med Care items, each ranging in rarity & effect — with rarer items offering a higher boost to Stamina or HP to your Monkey if used.

Aside from the in-game consumable items, the MonkeyStore will also be where the Breeding Capsules will be purchased! Stay tuned for more details!
