So about this BTC premium in Russia/Ukraine? Can a US based bitcoiner take advantage?

So apparently BTC is selling for a 20K premium over the retail price in the US….So is there a way that a US based bitcoin can take advantage of this? IE sell BTC to the Russian/Ukrainians, buy back on local US based exchanges, and collect the arbitrage? This sounds like a temporary free money printer if that is the case…
