This is extremely serious and scary. As a newcomer when you’re buying your bitcoins you may have zero knowledge about all of this stuff and get in a situation when you’re unable to cash your bitcoins out as a particular exchange will simply block your funds completely because the bitcoins your purchased are tainted one way or another.
And even if you know about this stuff, how on Earth you’re supposed to know that the Bitcoins you’re buying have never been implicated in anything illegal?
People are losing serious money to the issue right now.
