Help tracking down scammer with BTC address?

So someone convinced my sweet sweet angel Grandmother to withdrawal $14k from her from bank and then deposit into a BTC of America ATM. After she sent me the transaction receipt I looked it up on [Blockchain.com](https://Blockchain.com) and I see the scammer has transferred the money to another address. The address is **bc1q8fr92crfwta4a9f9j427mh5zwg3uzar85d5hgu** . I know it’s next to impossible to ID someone based on a btc address but I thought I would try in case the scammer made a mistake hiding his paper trail.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
