The “Livin’ on a Prayer” crooner Jon Bon Jovi is ready to live somewhere else.
The frontman listed his Greenwich Village crib for $22 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Just five years ago, the posh Manhattan apartment was purchased for $18,940,564, according to Realtor.com®.
Located on a high floor in the 1930-era Greenwich Lane building, the apartment hits all the right notes.
The four-bedroom layout includes floor-to-ceiling windows, views on three sides, and private outdoor space.
The home spans 4,000 square feet, and other highlights include a private elevator, a 40-foot living room with a balcony, and an adjoining eat-in kitchen.
A corner primary suite is outfitted with walls of windows, a walk-in closet, and a marble spa bathroom that has floors with radiant heat.
Luxe details include oak hardwood floors and baseboards, elegant light fixtures, and classic charm. Other highly prized perks include an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a powder room.
Building residents enjoy a long list of amenities, including 24/7 concierge and maintenance services, a gym, pool, golf simulator, and bike storage.
The location is close to the High Line Park, Whitney Museum, as well as the art galleries, shopping, and dining in the Meatpacking District.
Rockin’ real estate
It seems that Bon Jovi falls “in and out of love”—with real estate. In 2018, the New Jersey native sold a nearby Manhattan condo for $15 million, after extensively renovating it and owning it for only a couple of years.
The “Bed of Roses” singer also rests his head in Palm Beach, FL, where he’s been involved in at least a couple of multimillion-dollar transactions.
In 2018, he purchased a $10 million mansion, which he razed and built anew. In 2020, he flipped the property for almost $20 million. That day, the wheeler-dealer snapped up another compound nearby for $43 million.
He listed his 18,000 square-foot, French-style chateau in the Garden State for $20 million in 2021. Custom-built in 1999 by A.M. Stern, the upscale estate had initially been listed in 2017. The 15-acre spread is currently off-market.
Leonard Steinberg with Compass holds the current listing.
