Chicago Bulls star Lonzo Ball just scored a swanky spot in Sherman Oaks, CA, according to Dirt.
The guard picked up the posh property in the Los Angeles suburb in late March for $7.25 million. It was listed in February for $8 million. The home is a two-hour drive from Chino Hills, where Ball grew up.
The home previously changed hands in 2015 for $1.27 million and received an extreme makeover. Today, the modern dwelling measures 6,195 square feet and has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It sits in a private cul-de-sac and offers city and mountain views.
The open floor plan includes a great room with glass doors that allow indoor-outdoor living.

The outdoor space contains an infinity pool, two fire pits, a barbecue, as well as dining and sitting areas. The garage can be converted into an in-law unit, gym, or office.
Just 24, the oldest of the Ball brothers got his start as the No. 2 draft pick by the Los Angeles Lakers in 2017. In 2019, he was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans. He signed an $85 million deal with the Bulls in 2021.
His talented family includes baby bro LaMelo Ball, a star guard for the Charlotte Hornets. LaMelo made headlines for residing in Cam Newton’s crib in Charlotte, NC. Middle brother LiAngelo Ball is a free agent and spent the past season in the G League.
The Ball brothers starred with their parents, LaVar and Tina Ball, in the Facebook Watch reality show “Ball in the Family” from 2017 to 2020. If a new Ball-themed reality show is in the offing, Lonzo’s beautiful home on a hill would make an ideal backdrop.
