Poor custom services at Crypto.com

I have trouble to get SMS message since April 11 from [crypto.com](https://crypto.com) but I still can’t get them for four days.
So I asked them to change to new phone number at April 12 but no action for two days.
I can’t even access my account. It is so frustrated.
Since bitcoin down I feel crypto.com won’t people do any trade.
