Ethereum attempted to break over the $4,020 and $4,050 resistance levels to gather momentum. ETH breached even the $4,050 mark and the 100-hour simple moving average. No more gains were made over $4,075. When the price hit $4,075, it began a downward decline. Moreover, the $4,000 threshold of support was breached. Ethereum even fell below the 23.6 percent Fib retracement level of the upward run from the swing low of $3,750 to the high of $4,075 in price.

As per the Whale Alert data, the transaction occurred on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at 13:35:18 GMT. Moreover, ethereum has been down 0.38% in the last 24 hours. Whale Alert also mentioned, on its official Twitter account:

“3,200 #ETH (12,629,553 USD) transferred from unknown wallet to #OKEx”.

According to CoinMarketCap, the Ethereum price today is $3,950.21 USD with a 24-hour trading volume of $14,240,981,781 USD.
