What IRS Tax Form do I Use for Specific Identification on Crypto

The IRS mentions that specific identification can be used for cryptocurrency. See questions 39 and 40 here: ([https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/frequently-asked-questions-on-virtual-currency-transactions](https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/frequently-asked-questions-on-virtual-currency-transactions)). However, they do not say what forms I need to report all of the necessary information on. I have kept good records and I have all this information, but what IRS tax form do I fill out to specify the cost basis, public addresses, transaction hashes, etc.? It’s not Schedule D since that only has the total gains and losses. I assume I have to list it all out one by one somewhere.
